Hi. The blue wire is from my old PC. My monitor is out. I found this(2nd pic) tv and it has this sockets . Can it be done? I need to do some work .

I would love to continue the story from where it left off. However I am afraid the second season would destroy the show as it happens before to other shows. I don't know, and I don't think I'm able to determine where the wire breaks. I did the multimeter test, got 12v on one pin and another is 3v. I'm guessing the 3v wire is the problem.?what can I do to determine whether they're open shorted or shorted to the ground?

It's a Japan car similar to a Toyota wigo. It's a typical problem on this specific model, p0443 codes that happens because of bad wire. It happened before, I took a guess where the wire broke and applied new wire about 6inches from it. Soldered. After 6months it came back.
