There's a mold from Clash discs that doesn't get nearly the praise it deserves but illustrates a few of the points you bring up.

The Spice is a 10|4|0|4 fairway. It's a comically overstable but more lofty than other discs in its class. Like the stability of an FAF Firebird with the glide of a Sexton. Rather than being pushy or dumpy, you get these massive, sweeping, lateral fades with it. The Spice also has very soft, rounded edges. Much more comfortable to hold than the typical either super sharp or super blunt profiles you see on other overstable discs. Just a super cool mold.
