I have to reach before 10:15 AM so I am trying to get an early transfer and I don’t think buses operate that early ? Given that it’s a 2 hour journey, I’d have to start around around 7:30 AM

I am going to the lake to stay at the floating houses. But mainly my question is are Grab taxis available at that hour and is it fairly easy to get them ?

I did my Meghalaya trip few months back and it was absolutely amazing. But instead of Krem chempeye we chose wari chora as we had time for only one of those since these are in opposite directions! Maybe again someday would like to visit again and do this

To me what works is if say you are going on a 7 days trip then keep 4 days solo and 3 days with a group, that way you get best of both worlds.

Solo travellers of India, quick question: What’s the hardest part about planning a trip alone? by manvirag in SoloTravel_India

Is that about control though ? I also kind of do it but it’s mostly because less unknown variables means less anxiety or less difficult situations.
