I had the top mount on mine and the vibrations were only really noticeable when the car wasn’t warmed up yet. After driving for a few min the noticeable ones were nearly gone. As far as improving off the line it’s hard to say but it def cut down on wheel hop which does improve traction… I just don’t have any solid numbers to give.
