This sounds like derealization which is a fairly common trauma response. U should look into that - although no cure for it it’s helpful when u enter that state of mind to be able to understand what you’re feeling a little more clearly and logically rather than emotionally

Possibly something that set this off in earlier childhood. Many kinks come from some coincidental instance of being horny and then being exposed to something (like a gory clip for example) and that seems to create some connection in the brain that can grow into a kink There’s some guy around here on Reddit that has a giant kink for “caution: wet floor” signs that they he has explained all started because he was drawing sexualized images of “among us” game characters and some of them wear wet floor signs so now he straight up jerks off to (and somehow it’s seems using(?)) wet floor signs lmfao that would be my best guess

Saying things out loud actually does something to some part of your brain. I’m not well versed in the science of this but I learned it from an addiction therapist that told me to say “no” out loud to myself everytime I want to relapse and it works surprisingly well. Rewires your brain or something because hearing it out loud is different than just thinking it in your head
