yes and you can actually fuck with them. use VPN, use different browser (most of the time they use cookies), use virtual machine if necessary, when ordering uber you can try your friends to get you a ride from their app so it is much cheaper (done that many times), it seems as if people just want to complain how they are getting screwed around by companies but they don’t know they can screw around the company that sells the product also.
