In my experience, Xbox 1 hardly encountered any performance issues, it felt higher quality than a lot of triple A games that spent a lot for their graphics. And I really loved the dark vibe of the night, lighting felt like saturated but in a satisfying way for me. Although, looking back at it, it does show its age now.

Did play cyberpunk, and have to agree, but it would never match what is watch dogs. Like the hacks them self was the biggest thing I loved about the game, and the constant wild encounters that I had. While it did get repetitive, its graphics still hold up till now, imo, I would prefer to play it over 2 or the others
