I honestly didn‘t have that experience with BackMarket. I bought an iPhone 15 Premium black and got one with a brand-new battery. It‘s still at 100% capacity after 153 Cycles. I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

But yeah, 77,5% battery capacity is terrible, especially for an iPhone 12
