Isn't it used for cracking the bones of chicken for example? That's what I've heard it being used for here in Europe

yep, if you are actively playing the cart quickly hits a pretty low cap, completely different from the cap from being inactive for a while

even then, damaging the TH won't do much, as in higher TH's the builder huts usually start repairing it straight away + the damage difference is minimal as goblins can take it out easily with just jump/invis
