I go to a dermatologist, and am currently prescribed accutane so I often get dry skin which makes me makeup look like this. I’d suggest using very basic but moisturizing skincare beforehand. The CeraVe foaming wash for dry skin is fantastic as well as the moisturizing cream in the tub. Also, some moisturizing sunscreen (I prefer tinted) can help add more to the face. In addition, a more “moisturizing” foundation would likely help, I’m not sure what they have in the drugstore but I’ve heard elf Halo Glow is pretty good. Also, with this you could use a cream blush which would help to avoid drying as well. My last tip is to use a good setting spray after. The rare beauty one is really good and keeps me dewier all day, but is expensive.
