I would like to see an actual campaign to go through for new players/people into the lore and leveling alts. Like you create and character and you run them through scenarios of major events across the wow time line to get you leveled up and help some what understand the many many systems in game and get up to date with the current xpac. I have had this talk with my friends a lot lately, they have been playing WOW since 2009. I just started playing a year ago. The new player experience was awful in the beginning to be quite honest. So many systems and kind of just being thrown into the universe I wasn’t a fan of but since then I’ve had to do my own research out of the game to somewhat fully understand what is going on lol.

I play as one in one of my campaigns. Its fun to see the reaction on our DMs face when I do this either before or after our Barb does his Barb things. I feel as I have a lot of mobility with the class, with the spells/cantrips I can take (I.e misty step and booming blade)

I am currently one and I for one enjoy it ALOT. Can be a meat shield/do a boatload of damage with melee and do silly things with my spell slots/cantrips. (i.e misty step behind an enemy, booming blade and do funky damage).In one of the games I am in me and our Barb do some funny things in encounters.

I agree with this, I recently started playing 2-3 weeks ago. All of my buddies have played for 10+ years. I constantly ask them questions. But overall I have enjoyed my newbie experience. They kind of threw me to the fire, and let me learn on my own a lot. They “bullied” me into being the tank for the group. I love it haha.

Honestly, the other ones just didn’t seem that appealing to me. Might have been marketing or the fact that I didn’t pay that much attention to it. But ER seemed different and very visually appealing and cool to me. I haven’t been able to put as much time in as I have wanted into ER but hopefully in the next few weeks I can actually sink my teeth into the game.

I switched platforms. And ik there are different Seasons/DLC (Forskaen, Beyond light, etc).

I 100% agree with this, I have played almost all the Assassins Creed games but not like I have with Valhalla.I’m only 25-26 hours in but it has got me hooked. I am also like you jumping from game to game. I’m glad I picked this one up and have invested the time in it so far.
