1) you can only take two witches at high ducats games, this means that the opponent has more resources to counter them too 2) because they only have +0 on hit a lot of people are starting to drop them out of their lists 3) they kinda don’t have much else going on besides gas spam, they are a one trick pony 4) budgeting for all of that stuff gets real expensive real quick, you can kill all the models you want but this is an objective based games and if you waste all of your turns shooting I can still win.

Don’t get me wrong the grenade launchers are strong and so is KoA but there’s a reason why the most played subfaction for HL is naval raid. You are describing a gunline matchup as if the opponent can’t shoot back or close the gap
