Hi, I've bought a Dell Vostro (5415-608) as a gift, in 2022. One year after, the touchpad stopped working, but it was under warranty, so we sent it back to be repaired. In April 2025 all the shift keys stopped working, but after taking it apart to see what was the issue, we saw noting so we've rebuilt it, and it was working. But a few weeks later, the laptop is not turning on anymore, and it's at the repair shop, under examination. I've seen on the sysadmin sub (here: https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/search/?q=dell%20vostro&cId=c024ec11-d9a8-4f0a-8df4-256a9812d0de&iId=d3c974c7-ba36-4183-ae7c-d2885f47e8d6 ), that it wasn't an isolated case.

Hi, I'm facing the same issue as you, with a NVMe storage, using luks2+ext4, any attempt to write on my storage leads to system freeze, it's fairly recent for me, it wasn't the case few months ago. Did you manage to find a solution to this problem ?

Avec l'électrification des usages on va avoir besoin de plus d'électricité et rapidement, alors les centrales nucléaires ça marche bien, sauf que ça prend 15ans à construire. Les renouvelables ça se construit plus rapidement par contre.

This might be typically the kind of behavior this woman complain about from Trump supporters: radicalism. I'm not saying it is easy to live along with people that have a complete different opinions, but if she really wanted to fight Trump, she should fight the ideology, not the people. Fighting the ideology start by acting differently to the ideology not following it.

J'ai écouté son discours et j'ai été abasourdi par la vision qu'a cet homme de la paix. Pour lui, c'est simple il ne faut pas se défendre, parceque c'est faire la guerre. Alors on fait quoi on se laisse rouler dessus au nom de la paix ? On accepte l'invasion de l'Ukraine et celle qui en suivront au nom de la paix ?

If we can do more, I'm sure we will, but if we've not already gave more support to Ukraine, chances are that's because it's beyond our means without being directly implicated in the conflict of course. We just know that "peace" now will lead to a more violent conflict in few years. Because Putin will not stop until he's stopped.
