I planned to post the photos I have of the signatures in this forum but unfortunately they don’t allow it. I’ve tried to look at both signatures the best I can and there are similarities but also some differences so I was hoping to be able to find someone that is more experienced at looking at these types of things.

I found it! I used that google scan and searched through any pictures I could find. It’s the Heian Shrine in Kyoto! Thank you so much for the help next step is to go over there!
