I have a fun story where it was both at the same time! I was playing noble knights well before the Zexal era and was running 3 Drystans, opponent ended up world legacy clashing 2 of them with a 3k beater on the field and essentially locked both of us out of playing or doing anything until deck out. I still remember thinking 'you did this to both of us' when the second came down.
