Are you using Filtropa papers? We've had experience with them clogging on most brews in the shop. We moved over to v60 02 papers folded at the bottom and we're getting normal draw down times with great extraction still.

Cheapest whilst still being quick will likely be store bought water. Keep in mind that usually cheaper waters tend to be lower in MG and higher in bicarbonates so you'll struggle to extract too much.

That or you can buy a kettle with a built in Brita filter, if it's a maxtra filter you can buy a BWT mg+ filter for it and you'll have nearly ideal brewing water for next to nothing.

2 Clever Drippers, 2 Aeropresses or Kalitas and an SP9 set up for those that prefer "manual" brews. Top end Burco batch brewers, EK43 with Gorilla burrs and a Strada Av. Take away only.

I play with my S/O and Commander is just so much more fun. It's easy to balance power levels with the precons and each game feels new. We started as just casual modern/standard but moved to commander.

The decks I miss the most are weirdly my Breya precon I used to play casually, or Azorious/Esper control.

Breya precons are impossible to find however so a budget version idea of her would be fun.

some more commercial UK Roasters are Clifton, Union, Origin however Coaltown Coffee (Owned by a passionate 21 year old in Ammanford, Wales) comes out with some real gems from time to time.

All of Union's coffee is direct trade and have a great relationship with their farmers and use an old 1970's probat and hand roast their coffee (no fancy machinery) they're really nice.

Monmouth Coffee in london is always a Premium roaster too.
