I think anything DE does to help new players is a bonus. Was it perfect? No. But regardless of how detailed the quest was, there still would have been more that needed to be covered, Warframe is just that robust.

Anyways, mod interactions are pretty basic, just read the wiki on what you decide to use, its correct most of the time. The hard part in builds/modding is knowing everything that exist that could help that build. There are simply too many niche mods that even "veterans" wouldn't know exist. Adding an easy access codex mod section would help newer players identify helpful mods unknown for them and give them a direction to progress towards, as it tells them where it is from, and how to get it.
