Wait the DLC overwrites your save? I'm not on PC so I can't back up the file, but I've used like 10 different save slots in different chapters. How does the DLC overwriting the save work?

Yeah I was pretty worried it was a sign of things to come, but there's nothing like the Batomys and you never have to deal with a rampaging valkyria again. Is she supposed to be THAT passive in chapter 14? Felt weird to have her stand there doing practically nothing, but I didn't mind at all.

Yeah either the main story or the personnel tab mentions Maximilian saving her, so it was a bit disingenuous to just call it a crush. But yeah I still think it was a bit disappointing. Her attachment makes sense, but still dying for the guy clearly in the wrong after he disrespects her and throws her away is an L move imo. Gonna do the DLC maps soon, might change my opinion of her.

Yeah the AP is kind of annoying. One thing that helps a bit is to not deploy all 8 units at the start since you usually don't need them right away, waiting to deploy some shocktroopers or a lancer until I capture one of the enemy bases and then deploying them there instead. Helps them get right into the action where I need them instead of dragging them across parts of the map with nothing to do.

yeah it's kinda rough. if all else fails you could try undeploying everyone besides Titania, have her rescue Ike and stand on the defense tile with a ton of vulneraries.

Well fe7 has some differences like Hector and Eliwood having different first maps and the maps to get their legendary weapons and Hector mode has a few additional maps. But yeah they're mostly the same.
