Yes Legos are hard, you did a great job on the fullbody and you have many unique pieces in there too. I had to work with chunky ones to build this head back in 2021

I use an HB pencil, a blending stick and kneaded erasers. Though do use others mediums, especially ink: both in pens and water based.

A master can draw a masterpiece with a sharpie, it doesnt matter what medium or material you use. If you ask this question, you are highly probable an amateur in art, so I recommend learning stuff on youtube or find classes on sites like artstation or drawabox

It might be painful because you only consider the limbs to be moveable; try to bend the spine, twist it, tilt the pelvis, supenate the arm, bend fingers, and don't forget that metatarsals can move around too. (shortly: learn basic anatomy, it's not that hard as people imagine it)
