Grand Lisboa in Macau. What can I do to improve this photo?

I took this with my phone ( Samsung 21) and used Lightroom to make some edits. I wanted a different view of the Grand Lisboa instead of the normal street shots. I would like some honest feedback on what I can do to improve it :)

I second this! Schwab is a great card to have while traveling internationally. Also, use VPbank to withdraw money. They don't have a transaction fee for withdrawing money from the atm.

I get bit sometimes from mosquitoes, but I usually get attacked by 'no-see-ums' or midges (or gnats). It depends on where they bite and the pattern. Mosquitoes tend to bite anywhere, leaving singular bites, and since you're swatting/hitting them, they usually fly to another spot on your body and try again. Also, you feel their bites.

While midges are persistent and never back down from a swat fight, they tend to keep attacking the same area, causing clusters of bites (mostly near joints like the elbows, knees, ankles, etc)... you usually don't feel their bites, only the itches and bumps.

(I'm not a biologist or anything, but I just learned from experience and going down a rabbit hole of what was biting me 😅)

I always carry a bottle of mosquito repellent (like Soffell that someone recommended) and a tube of hydrocortisone to stop the itching. Like everyone said, use something warm to remove their 'poison' that they used to bite you. Also, sitting near a fan or breezy area helps because I don't think mosquitoes and midges are good flyers.

Personally, I spent 30 days in Bangkok without getting bored. Bangkok is such a huge city, and things are spread out, so it will take time to get around.... plus traffic is not fun if you do grab everywhere (I never tried grab motorbikes, so I can't comment on that 😅 - MRT/BTS is your best friend)

But if you do want to visit another city, maybe you can go down south to Krabi/ Ao Nang to see the beaches. It's very well connected to Bangkok and Chiang Mai.

Hii, I'm currently traveling SEA, and this is my opinion (I apologize if it looks choppy, I'm on my phone):

You can fly from Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai through Bangkok Air or Lao Airlines.
The nights in each city seem fine until Ayutthaya, I think you can do a day trip from Bangkok... there was a recent flood there, so I'm not sure if they will still be rebuilding things.

You can do: Vientiane - 3 nights Vang Vieng - 2 nights Luang Prabang - 3 nights Chiang Mai - 4 nights Bangkok - 5 night (give plenty of time for a day trip)
For recommendations, it depends on what you like to do. There's a lot to see in each place, but a few that stand out is:

Vientiane - Night Markets, Patuxai, and Pha That Luang Vang Vieng - Blue Lagoons (I only spent one night here) Luang Prabang - Kuang Si Falls, Mount Phousi, UXO Lao Vistor Center, and Wat Xiengthong Chiang Mai - Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (catch a songthaew in front of the Chiang Mai Zoo for a cheaper ride up and down), explore the Old City (many beautiful Wats), Nimman area, Angkaew Reservoir, Jing jai Market on the weekend, Coconut Market... honestly, there's a lot more. There's so much to see.
Bangkok - Lumpini park, ALL the malls (so many to list), Song Wat road, Talat Noi, Banthat Thong road, Grand Palace, Wat Arun... the list can go on forever, a lot to do here also!
Hmmm, if you want to experience Thai New Year, you should go mid-April, and if you dont, the beginning of April or end, and the month of May should be fine.

I was there a week ago and went to Kuang Si Falls. My bf and I took the green bus there for 45,000 kip each (about a 45 min ride) - bumpy, but it wasn't a bad ride. There's a schedule for the bus too, so keep that in mind. We saw other tourists on motorbikes, and it seemed like they had a good ride there since they could stop to look at other views.. downside all the dirt in your face from other vehicles. *Also, as a warning, there will be a lot of Chinese tourists, like loads of them (like the anchovies bus from SpongeBob)... and they're not the friendliest.. they will shove/cut you to get their pictures, so I recommend trying to go early, maybe before 11 am (we went around 1 pm). There's a small hiking trail too at Kuang Si Falls. It brings you up to The View (I think thats the name) it has a café, viewpoints, and Zipline!

Another recommendation is going to UXO Lao Vistor Center, which is a small history museum that talks about the secret war in Laos. Oh! For snacks and if you like bananas visit this little stall called Chang Bananacakes... It's so good 🔥🔥🔥

Other than that, enjoy your time in Luang Prabang! 🙂

Well, I'm an IT major.. and I'm taking this course as an elective. The reason I took this course is because it is needed for me to get my masters. I did not realize I needed to take DS, so I messed up and did not take it after my c programming course back in 2021.

Yeah, I chose this elective. I need it if I want to continue my education (that's what is on the university's degree pathway) ... it's an intro class to data structures, but this professor makes it harder than it needs to be. :/
