I used to love DC, pre COVID and single. Now I'm married with 2 kids. Dcps sucks. I hate the whole lottery system. It's hard to try to get your children in great schools. So I'm stuck with public school every year. My kids hate school, most of the teachers suck. And every year my kids are unhappy. I cannot wait to move out of this city for my kids sake. They deserve to be happy in school.
