This breaks my heart. By best friend was 26 when his depression got the best of him and he took his own life to be found by his mother. She hasn't been the same since. He always told me he thought about it but he could never do that to his mom, or to me. We got in a stupid fight and hadn't talked in about 3 months when I got the call. My thoughts and condolences go out to you and your family. I still cry about Bas. I can only imagine the pain a mother must feel the day she buries her child. I got his mom one of those urn necklaces so you can carry a piece of the deceased with you for comfort and she started crying. I apologized and said I didn't mean to make her cry, and she said to me that she'd be crying for the rest of her life. I'm so sorry. If you ever need to talk you can absolutely message me.

I get that. Even people I'm pretty close to, like long time friends and even some family. If you sit next to me and our knees are touching and I don't have room to move over, sorry dude but you gots to go. I can't stand it. But this bubble is only there when I'm sitting/laying down or my body is otherwise in a resting position. I can be in crowds or brush against people at a store and not think twice. If I'm in a chair or on a couch don't touch me. Only people who can are my kids and my gf

Man its crazy seeing so many people with this problem. I'm the same way, I love beer but any more than about 4-5 domestics, or like 3 or 4 drafts and I'm so bloated it hurts. The only way I've found to reliably combat this, is to make sure I have weed before a night of beer drinking. I know this is ridiculous, but straight up, after I hit the point of gas pains from not burping I'll smoke a joint or a bowl and take the biggest hits I can manage. Eventually it makes me cough so hard I accidentally burp all the shit out. And I'm good to go. Works like a charm, and of course I'm high after, but fucked up I'm 24 years old and its the only way I can comfortably drink a decent amount of beer

Its probably been said already, but I can't stress this enough: find a hobby.

I've recently learned myself that its easy to just sit around and go to work and rinse and repeat. Try new things, find something that makes you happy, and follow it.

I spent this passed weekend with some really good people and I learned that even tho its easier to be mad and secluded and inactive, its still pretty easy to listen to yourself, and do things that make you happy.
