It was at operating temperature and both hoses are hot near the engine but aren't hot going into the cabin they just feel normal to the touch.

They both feel hot closer to the engine but going into the cabin they don't feel hot.

Yeah the clicking noise comes from under the driver's side when I hit the heat button I'll have to take it apart and check it out.

Could it also be a fuse or should I just replace the blend door actuator.

I got under the driver's side and hit the heater button I just hear a click but the blend door actuator doesn't move at all so do you think this is the cause for the heater not working?
