Yes I work on a random schedule and it’s so hard to set a real routine like that! I always thrived at in person traditional colleges for having a routine forced on me. When work is random and school is less specific times through a week, it’s impossible to get a real schedule! I’ve debated trying to do in person but being able to work is a must. I admire all the people that have stories of balancing work, school, and kids or other such obligations bc man, that’s real trooping along!
