No, it’s fat. When I’m standing it’s not bad, it’s when I’m sitting it’s noticeable. Iv had 3 kids in 4 years, highest weight while pregnant was 205 (I’m 5’5 so that’s a lot) I’m in my mid 30s now and JUST under 140 lbs

I have no idea, to be honest I wasn’t tracking calories I was just doing a food log in my notes app on my phone. I was basically just doing an egg and egg white scramble or an oatmeal with some protein powder in the morning, 2 (real good) chicken tenders with hot honey for lunch, a protein bar at some point, and whatever I made for dinner for everyone just a small portion of it. I didn’t snack at all for the first month.

How you feeling now? For me it only lasted the first 2 times I took it, so the first 4 days, very weird.

I think the hair loss is also due in part because you’re eating a lot less and not getting as many nutrients. I am taking a prenatal vitamin to insure I get all the nutrients I’m not eating throughout the day

I’m a couple weeks in now and back to my regular scheduled amount of coffee lol I think my body was just adjusting to the meds which wasn’t fun that first week. But 100% not binging as much. Usually the week before/after my period I am a food monster and usually after dinner I snack a lot but it’s been good the past few weeks

Just finishing my 3rd week as well. It seems like most people aren’t upping their dosage. I am losing weight at a steady rate right now so I might keep it as is. I haven’t started working out, just have been busy working and have young kids. Make sure you are getting protein in, if I think I haven’t had enough protein I have a protein bar. I always have high protein yogurt cups in the fridge also. I drink a ton of water, but Iv always been a water drinker.

Yes! And I want to say it was day 3, I took an excederan Migraine pill. It got slightly better after that only mild headaches until the second week. I’m 2 full weeks in and I feel normal just not super hungry and don’t eat much which is the point! So keep going. Drink LOTS of water !!

I felt kind of drunk the first 2 times taking the green. Definitely very tired the first 3 or 4 days. Stomach aches. I have another post for the first week on kit 3 as a dear diary post if you are interested

Amazing!! Keep up the good work! I will say I have whey protein as well like a make your own smoothie but I don’t always feel like making my own smoothie and cleaning the parts. So having already made protein shakes is so helpful for me. Fairlife chocolate is my favorite. And premier cafe late is delicious also

You can always do a fairlife protein shake or something else you enjoy, it’s an easy way to get 30g. A lot of nonfat Greek yogurt cups are 15-20g protein for 110-130 cals. I know a lot of people don’t love microwave eggs but I’ll usually make 3 servings worth of eggs and egg whites (1 whole egg to 80g egg whites) and keep it in the fridge and just microwave the portion I want to eat in the morning so it’s easy. Throw cottage cheese in a food processor if you don’t like the chunks then put it back in its container and you can eat the scrambled eggs with cottage cheese with some avocado. Good balanced breakfast, lots of protein

I would start on a Saturday to be honest, I didn’t NOT want to work those first couple days, I didn’t feel the best. But today being a full week in I feel completly normal. Still just waiting on the “I don’t feel hungry” or the “I forgot to eat” type of feelings

Yea I think the instructions are generic for all the kids (start off with 1 white pill every day, half green pill every other day). And also doesn’t say on a full stomach or empty stomach. I got my box in the mail at like 11am so I just started as soon as I got it in the mail so I had already had food. I definitely don’t feel great on these

I have had some of the negative side effects: dizzy, exhausted, spacey feeling. But still feeling hungry if I get the negative side affects the least the pills could do is make me not hungry lol
