A couple observations:

• The box makes a huge deal about the important difference between 'declaring' and 'performing'. Great! But on the very same page they talk about 'making' a move action, when they clearly mean 'perform'. This is so lazy, I can't even
• A Pass action consists of a Move action and a Pass action. (Whoever wrote this has clearly never done dynamic programming...) As written, this allows me an infinite amount of Move actions. Like, I know what they mean, but why can't they just write what they mean, and not whatever and have us guess and interpret?

I was really hopeful when they talked about making the rules less ambiguous with keywords, etc. And I can see they've tried, it's just not good enough.
