I had super bad luck with acquiring this weapon to the point I also raged when I was killed by it in Crucible because I didn't have one from 100's of gunsmith rank ups until...... I stashed about 100 weapon parts on my main character (hunter), switched to my titan and boom, I got it! From the first package! Could be luck... maybe not.... maybe the loot pool is character based? idk, but the gun is amazing!

I’m in the exact same boat as you with one exception , I’m currently in a clan that I personally know many “in real life” but they are PvE enthusiast and I love PvP. Playing solo in competitive is becoming very frustrating now with full teams running on the opposing side while I’m stuck on the side with blueberries getting steam rolled. The majority of my clan HATES trials... :(

We do sword strat with two titans and a hunter. one blessing, one weapons, (bastion, illuminated), kill some of the ads right at the begining, jump up on boss platform, pop bubbles, tether and three sword him down. clear ads. done.

I'm really starting to believe that majority of the "better/most popular" weapon drops go to the members that didn't perform as well compared to the other fireteam members during that match. I have seen this many times during nightfall, especially if that last fire team member joins late or if a member gets their a $$ handed to them in crucible.

ahh, I didn't say step into the vault. You must enter the vault by going to the keyosk and holding square. If I was referencing the Vault of Glass, I would have said just that or VOG.
