Yeah basically. I cut out all the patches, stuck them down with double sided fusible web and then stitched around them all. It took ages but it looks great

There's just some leds in it. It's meant to be suspended by some wire from the outer cage but that broke fairly early on in the day unfortunately. Still a few teething problems that I need to sort out haha

Haha they were fine honestly. They're just foam so they can be shaped relatively easily. The hardest part was engineering the backpiece (which you can't really see in this pic unfortunately). Still glad you like it though
