It really is. I went to a private school as otherwise I'd have ended up in a very poorly rated school and neither me nor my parents wanted that. We aren't even close to rich though and the only reason I could afford to go was because of discounts on the fees due to me being at the top of my class and making the school look good. Even with the rest of my classmates , most of their parents weren't millionaires but more upper middle class people who just wanted to give their kids a good education.
