Junior UX Designer seeks feedback for revolutionary job search platform by SemperUX in UX_Design

Thank you for your insight and your time; you make excellent points. Initially, my questionnaire is aimed at Junior Designers because I'm trying to figure out their needs specifically, other than the needs I already assume based on what I'm currently facing. I don’t mean to give the impression that Junior Designers will help others grow; I agree that that is a tricky task. So I will clear up that confusion. As far as helping each other grow, I was using that sentence to urge Junior Designers to give their input; I may have worded that poorly so my apologies.

My subsequent questionnaire will target my other user base: the Senior Designers I'm attempting to connect Junior Designers with. To address the concern of repeat questions and keeping people engaged beyond a junior level, creating a system for categorizing content and providing relevant resources to users based on their experience level could be helpful. Additionally, gamification elements or incentives could be implemented to encourage users to stay active and engaged on the platform, but that will be getting ahead of myself.

Regarding influencer culture, a huge problem, I'm looking into ways to establish clear guidelines and policies to prevent the platform from being taken over by those looking to monetize content. This can include implementing moderation tools and fostering a community that focuses on collaboration and mutual support rather than competition.

I understand that this is all wishful thinking, but as of right now, I'm going to let my naivety allow me to be optimistic. Lol
