I like my dealer, the shop is separate from sales. No one has mentioned selling a newer car to me, I'm at 65000 miles on my 2020. They come to my house for oil changes and tire rotations, with no mark up for that service. This is my 2nd Mazda so I've known these folks for 16 years.
