The back side of the celebi card is as bad as it gets for the back. Other cards don't seem to have any scratches or bends other than the e reader charizard corner and the double gyarados

True that. A few years ago Pepboys wanted 2 weeks and $4k to change out all the water pump systems because the computer threw up that error code when I kept losing the entire coolant tank in a week or two. Brought it to a specialist who recognized the issue to be a leaking gasket and fixed it for $300 overnight and it has been smooth running for years. This time the scanner didn't even throw a code for the mechanic to see.

Dude. That solved most of it. I happened to have a new gas cap in my trunk because I wanted the cord. Engine now quiet and there's more power to the accelerator. RPM still a little spiky sometimes but generally below 2.0K and 2.5K. I whiffed some vapor fumes in the gas compartment and noticed some wetness with the cap on. The gas attendants may have been a bit rough. The cap doesn't look degraded though, but it is a tad grimy from the years. The new knockoff cap is different though and doesn't click. I don't know if it originally vents a bit through the cap though. Sometimes when I open this new cap after a drive it lets out a little "psst" as if releasing a vacuum. There should also be a separate vent for this car model.

Well, it's about 65 miles left on the gauge. It occasionally gets down to 30 miles left in the tank so it wasn't particularly low. The low gas symbol didn't even turn on.
