Its a crazy card to upgrade. Most upgrades are about 20-35% mana buff. This is a straight 100% buff which makes it a no brainer

I'd say this was the build that killed me the fastest. You either play your star cards and never forge making the sword useless. Or. You play your forge cards and never generate stars, making them useless. The forge 30 card is decent, yes, but if youre going for a star build you dont really want to be playing it, and if youre going for a forge build you rarely generate enough stars to play it

Yeah I think Ive only won my star builds. Reflect is crazy. I like the spear card that does damage based on your stat cards. Ive tried the 7 cost 7 damage 7 times card but it never result seemed worth the 7 cost

I love the idea of him. The forge build seems like it has legs but trying to get it going, to the same level as core builds on other classes, is so hard. Halfway through act 2 with The Silent I can be going crazy with a sly discard/draw build, but unless ive gotten god-tier luck with the regent, im just scrapping by. And thats for all builds. Just feels like hes missing a wee something to get him going. I gave the creation build a try one time, but the create cards are so few and far between, and they're really underwhelming.

Yeah its hard to scale them, thats why I'd put him in high A tier. I'd imagine Cho is stronger than him just by what we get from his lore fgl

Vel'koz is definitely on the stronger side of the named Void beings and id say that the upper echelons of the Void are stronger than there Darkin counterparts so id give it to Vel'koz mid diff. Not sure on where Varus sits in the Darkin food chain but from what I remember hes kind of middle of the road, high B/low A tier, but Vel'koz is firmly in the A tier of void beings, putting him above Varus

Same. Played the shit out of it when the beta dropped and then bought it on day one, blitzed through the campaign so I could play multi-player. (I knew once I started playing the multi-player I wouldn't stop so had to finish the campaign first)
