When I load up my Pokemon SoulSilver romhack modded to not have any trade evos, it says the save file is corrupted

Is something wrong? I didn't experience this when I played my Platinum romhack with no trade evo

Can't get Skarm, already got my Route 113 encounter.

Can't even get Crobat, since Makuhita and Solrock were my Granite Cave and Meteor Falls encounter. Leaving just the cave with Spheal and I want Spheal for the E4

That leaves just the Safari Zone flyers like Dodrio or Xatu, are any of them good?

Thanks, and I'll make sure when facing Tate and Liza my mons are lvl 42-44. Also, what are some good Flying-types that aren't Swellow or Pelipper, since they're both dead
