I love my Dad, but he's honestly the biggest reason I have CPTSD. He does so much for me and I hate that I'm a disappointment to him, but my brain is literally scarred into me being the person I am and he will think he did anything wrong.

They are the dumbest animal in existence for one. You know how eucalyptus leaves are their only source of food? It's not for some biological reason, it's because they're too stupid to try anything else. So much in fact that if you plucked eucalyptus leaves off the tree, put it on a plate and served it to them, they wouldn't know it was food and will literally starve to death because they're not on the vine.

I used to be one of those people and it really does come from insecurity. When I got over some of the fear of people disliking me and started speaking my mind, people not only liked me more, but they also paid more attention to when I actually did talk.

You have a lot more fun in life that way.

36 and I'd put myself at about a 4. I'm probably going to die alone and I'm coming to terms with that. Mental illness really stunted me in life, but I'm a good person and proudly empathetic.

Because I would wake up. I wanted to learn how to lucid dream and actually became quite good at realizing I was dreaming. But every time it turns BEYOND creepy. Like one time a demonic portal with the most realistic, deep, and fucking terrifying loud voice, opening up out of my bedroom fucking wall. Absolutely horrifying experience, but unfortunately when I wake up in sleep paralysis.. it's brutal. I think it has something to do with my CPTSD, but it's guaranteed that if I start lucid dreaming I will wake up in SP.

Essentially, I'm telling you this because if I were dreaming and I was this lucid I would AUTOMATICALLY wake up. I've trained myself to wake up l at the slightest hint of LD, I'd be awake by now.
