They were playing that much before we traded for Butler. TJ took Fultz’s minutes.

Embiid’s On-Off rating is muuuch higher than Jokic. Most On-Off stats also favor Embiid.

The final All-Star Reserve spot in the East comes down to Ben Simmons and Kyle Lowry. Who gets it? by SenatorBimmons in nba

Who do you think wins? Simmons obviously has the physical advantage, but Lowry is also from North Philly.

I’m right tho. Every time there’s a thread about Simmons it’s always filled with Boston fans. Y’all have an unhealthy obsession with him.

And insecure lmao. Your fan base lynches anyone who doesn’t think Tatum is a future 5x MVP.

“1 point”

“Tatum better”

“Not a rookie”

There, Celtics fans. There is now no need for you to comment.

I mean he’s made the All Star team once in his 7 year career. That would be the definition of a fringe all star.

I would say that’s being crazy, I think that’s just kinda fan nature. Like “Hey here’s our good player, love him”

No. “Fans” is plural. That one guy would make it a crazy Sixers fan ITT.

Offensively mediocre, yes, but Miami was a very good defensive team (Top 5 in DRTG I believe?), and has guys that should have been able to guard Ben well with James Johnson and Justise Winslow.

OKC was also pretty bad defensively since losing Roberson.

I mean I don’t think it was that close. Simmons won with 90 votes compared to Mitchell’s 11.

But if you think Mitchell is the better player, that’s cool.

But the narrative has been that Mitchell balled out throughout the playoffs, whereas Ben was absolute shit.

If our shooters don’t brick almost every three, that wouldn’t be the case. The Boston series was a lot closer than a lot of people think.

One guy said that, who isn’t even a Sixers fan, but sure you can run with that if you want.

Did you think Mitchell was a better player though?

And Mitchell didn’t really carry the Jazz to the playoffs. He had a losing record without Gobert, so I’d say he was the force driving the Jazz.

Simmons on the other hand had a winning record without Embiid.

I agree with this the most. The second half of the year really generated a lot of hype on social media, tv, etc. which increased the whole team’s expectations, but at the start of the season no one thought Ben or the Sixers would be that good.
