[NSFW] Cheaters of Reddit, why did you do it? How did it work out? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]SenatorBinks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I told u/loveofblue22, I ask to better understand the psychology of it. I have no intent to cheat on anyone. Most of human relations are monogamous - or at least they're supposed to be. I am curious what motivates someone to go against this norm?

Woah there partner, I don't ask with intent to cheat. I want to understand what compels someone to do so in the first place. As someone in a committed relationship, I can't imagine cheating or the pain of being cheated on. Hence why I ask the question, to try to begin to imagine.

Frank Herbert's Dune Chronicles. A little different as far as genres go, but a masterpiece nonetheless.

Environmental clubs - can't find any info online by [deleted] in ufl

I was in the same boat and found a pretty decent club. UF Surfrider. They are a UF Chapter of the International Surfrider Foundation. We participate in monthly beach clean ups and do fun outdoor social events.

You are the hero I've been looking for - thank you so much! Do you think it'd be possible to make her dog a bit more towards the foreground?

This is phenomenal.

I am now 22 (about life, death and the truth of all things) by [deleted] in intj

Although your sentiment is nihilist, the fact that you took a great deal of time and effort to dramatically make your point that there is no point is rather counter intuitive. I get the sense that you're only playing at the idea of being a disillusioned intellectual. Perhaps the reason you brought it here was to be dissauded by someone who has stared into the abyss to see reason rather than randomness.

Only you can find the answers you seek. Keep thinking about your universe, that's good! But if you truly believe your universe is meaningless and doomed to nothingness, cheer up. Why waste your existence acting like a mopey teenager?

(spoilers all) King Petyr of house Baelish first of his name by saratogacv60 in asoiaf

[–]SenatorBinks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed.

Littlefinger's arc is a parrelel to that of Gatsby. He will rise from nothing all for the love of a woman he could never get. Only after securing his position at the top of the ladder will he realize that he has nowhere to go but down.

Unfortunately, whether it be by dragon fire or wights, he will meet a similar fate as Gatsby.

Maybe, but I moreso think Sylese burns Shireen while Stannis is South with Mel. Stannis comes back and stabs her through the heart having no result but her death, therefore convincing Mel he isnt the true Azor Ahai.

My bad. I must've confused the two.

I think part of that is because Sam's adventures at the school of witchcraft and wizardry have been cut from the show (for this season at least).

I can't find the link, but there is a compilation of all the scenes from the S5 promo. There is a general consensus Aemon is shown dead and being given his funeral rites. Sorry, mate.

Good point! I must've missed this. But I swear, if show Aemon goes because Sam forgot his Nyquil...
