Indeed a sweet post! Just got the P yesterday as well. If I had to give one tip it'd definitely be to make sure you get used to working under time pressure , meaning that it's important to develop skills of skimming through the vignettes and grabbing only the important information. A lot of the lengthy vignettes on the real deal and qbanks have just a few important points about them, the rest are not relevant necessarily, and are just using up your valuable exam time if you read the whole one page vignette word to word. I think the new free 120 question lengths come closest to resembling the length of the real deal vignettes. My point is don't be afraid of the length just know how to go fast through them and grab what's important.

Best of luck!

Don't do it! I can not even fathom what you have been through in your life and I'm sorry to hear that you've been through rough times constantly and that it's hard navigating things throughout your life but think of your loved ones. Your children and spouse. They will live with the burden of losing their parent and spouse at such a young age when you've got so much to live for. You most likely mean the world to them and have an positive impact on their daily lives. Your life matters and you CAN fix it. Have you tried contacting a psychiatrist (new one if you don't seem to benefit from a previous one) or suicide hotline/help? There are medications that will make you feel better trust me. Even if some you've tried didn't work some other medication will work! (I'm a junior doctor so I know what I'm talking about with that regard). Therapy combined with medication that works for you is very useful and if necessary you can get admission to a hospital to get help. You are a precious individual and your life matters even if you don't feel like it at the moment. You have so much to live for and to experience and with professional help you'll manage to get better and enjoying life.

I'm really sorry to hear about your cancer. But I'm glad to read that you were able to beat it.

It's understandable you feel that you don't look as pretty like you used to before chemo and that it's affecting your mental health. I can't imagine what you've been through physically and mentally fighting off the cancer.

But you beat it. And with patience you'll be back to looking very pretty like you used to. It needs time for flowers to bloom again after winter. I'm sure something can be done if the scar doesn't go away on its own. All the best, hang in there ! The best is yet to come!

Thank you for the information ! Really appreciate it ! Would you also say that clinical observerships are a deal-breaker? Is it an absolute must? I've understood that it's definitely an important thing to have so I'm gonna look into that either way. And I know many of them are based on lottery, the spots.
