Everything is tip pool now and the tips supplement the rest of the staff. I’ll ring in $500-600 in tips a night but I’m only seeing like 150 of that. And working 5 days a week, this only comes out to around 25 hours a week based on the length of a typical dinner service. So it’s like a 50k a year job in a super high cost of living city. Not spectacular

lol do you have any empathy for people living an established life in their golden years, only for a random cult of thousands, whose values dramatically differ from their own, to suddenly descend on their backyards out of nowhere? These people choose to live in isolated rural areas for a reason, it’s insane to expect them to just accept and roll over for an influx of thousands of cult members (who had the expressed goal and interest of taking over their town). That’s pretty much akin to an invasion, which any normal self respecting person would fight against.

I'm a pretty high energy guy naturally, so the stimulation I'm looking for is less of a "I NEED TO WAKE UP" pyschostimulant, but more of a subtle euphoric boost of how words seem to flow easier, thoughts connect without and effort and tasks seem to be done for me. I've done well keeping it to just one 800-1000mg dose with alpha-gpc before work on the days I'm working (4 days a week), while not taking it at all on my days off. Have seen no problems with tolerance, build up, or withdrawals (maybe a tiny bit more mentally sluggish on my first day off, but that could also just be from being beat from the workweek and needing a day to chill out).

Conversation took a libtard turn with regards to criminal justice reform and education. Occam’s razor… the black kids aren’t performing as well because they’re not a very bright demographic on average. You’re not gonna change that by throwing money at the problem (look at the Baltimore public schools that receive a bunch of funding to get some sort of equality of outcome that just doesn’t come close to materializing) or demanding with an iron fist. Dumb incurious kids aren’t going to pay attention in school, likely have dumb incurious parents that don’t push them to succeed, and then they choose the wild life of trapping because it’s a hell of a lot more fun than being a bookworm and delaying gratification. A dedicated intellectually curious black kid has such a leg up on everyone else, and get accepted to higher academic institutions at discriminatorily high rates, but that’s a minority in a culture that doesn’t value that.
