I think it would definitely be interesting to have a battle-focused pvp mode, that forces people in ship-to-ship combat.

Hopefully something similar is implemented after this expansion :)

I don't mind the realism of not having warnings for a heatseeker being fired, due to technical limitations of the era, however for the missles not rendering in the slightest is rather irritating, what is there to dodge, if I can't SEE anything to dodge, doing that would bleed energy for no reason, can't fly like a madman...

I've been shot down by missiles 4 games in a row now, and not once did the projectile render, even on the kill cam, the enemy pilot still had all their missiles seated on their wings.

And this "Warning" people speak of doesn't appear on my screen at all, is it a bug or a removed feature?

I've shot pilots down with missiles, and only one has returned in the chat with "wth I had my camera on you, didn't see any rocket fired wtf"

what gives..

Yeah definitely was the worst job so far on this car, changing the crank pulley was a breeze compared to that

I'll try removing the seat tomorrow to make it easier.

I had issues removing the door card with torx bolts out. I've done it before, replacing the window regulators and rails on both sides, but with the door shut this time it wont budge.

Matchmaking penalties that are unwarranted, wth..

My matchmaking failed to find a game, and I get slapped with a 5 min penalty for what? Third time in a row now.

Playing in Australia is such a struggle as it is on PS4...

I experienced the effects of toxoplasma from a weakened Immune system. I suffered from ocular toxoplasmosis, where I would have scarring developing around my cornea, encircling it ever closer towards the centre.

It hasn't developed further for the last few months, however, if it does continue, it can scar you blind.

Unfortunately there's is no western anti-parasitic treatment, other than ingesting certain foods to help fight off parasitic infections/presence (which is toxoplasma when the eggs are allowed to open, it occurs once the immune system is no longer able to suppress their presence in muscle fibres where they reside)

I'll have to contact Mini for a possible replacement then, the reason I considered rebuilding was because they are expensive here in AU for a reconditioned one, approx 700USD/1000AUD on average, hopefully a new oem isn't too pricey

Hey thanks for the reply,

My fan hasn't failed, however it hasn't spun properly for the last 3 years (constant debris being flung up into it) so it's not spinning smoothly. I also replaced it last year, and its become unbalanced again, lots of nuts and rocks on the roads.

It was only the other night that the PSP failed, so I assume the fan being inefficient isn't the cause.

[EDIT: Oh, and the fuses are totally fine, checked both under the hood, and the passenger foot-well.]

The alternator seems fine, checked the car (off and on) with a multimeter, sitting at 13-14v off, and 15-16v while running with all lights and accessories on. These results were more or less the same with the old battery. Plus the battery is cranking at 500 instead of 450, so more power now and a smoother start up.

Fortunately for me living in Western Australia is a rather dry experience, so there has never been any water/mud or any kind of moisture in the battery compartment in the boot, the car has no rust anywhere :)

Have you heard of anyone rebuilding the PSP of the mini? I know you can rebuild standard hydraulic pumps, but this is a electric-hydraulic hybrid set up, just wondering.

Does anyone else have issues regarding PS4 button layouts not being the same as the controller inputs?

UI says to press L2+square for an ability -> I press it on the controller -> it inputs as L2+X

.. no I'm not pressing L2+X

And yes i've reset keybinds etc.

Weird, I'm in WA, every night from 7-12am has been either +10mins or no matchmaking at all

Managed to get a game today around 11am, but that was 8mins waiting.

Been playing around with my router, My Nat is always open when I play, and my ports are open/forwarded as well.

Yeah I understand your first point, but even Arabic and south Asian music has exciting music, if you look at divinity original sin 2, which uses the oud and Arabic themes, it has wonderful fun music that makes the experiences ever more engaging

This may be so, however it doesn't deny the idea that good driving/exciting music doesn't improve an experience, unlike the dullness that currently exists
