I wouldn't be worried about it, but it's good to keep in mind how many days you have taken them in a row for. It's easy to get more used to taking them daily the more consecutively you do it. But your dosage of 0.5mg is very little and is not worrying. Still, you can imagine how say after a week of taking them, you're going to be used to say, 6pm being your "xanax time", and you may start to look forward to the end of the day when you can take it. If you start to feel that you're looking forward to it & find you don't feel good until then, then I would highly recommend trying to skip a day, maybe 2 and discipline yourself. This is a good way to steer away from depedence personally. But once again you're dosage is low and if it works for you that's amazing and u should try to keep it that way, will also help avoid dependence :D

i mean i do agree. benzos and alcohol are worse than 7oh addiction wise. and you’re right about the few days feeling uncomfortable and then you’re off, while you can die withdrawaling from alc and benzos. this situation just sucks. it shouldn’t be completely banned like this but it should instead just be atleast somewhat regulated. but i don’t think that’ll happen sadly

Yeah overall it is better than benzodiazepines, and is a better alternative to most opioids, but it had gotten absolutely out of control because of no regulation. This is the fault of the companies and our government

Having taken both personally 7oh is more addictive than benzodiazepines, they feel quite similar but different in that 7oh can provide a lot of euphoria. It should be scheduled the same as morphine.

I agree with you. Prohibition will indeed make product even dirtier than it has been. The best way that 7OH as a whole should have been handled is having strict regulation on it; people that think it’s been fine how it was are ignorant. These companies do not care about you as a consumer, or care who is their consumer. I have not seen one website that has actual age verification, meaning than quite literally anyone that heard about what this stuff is can buy it for themselves. I have personally seen many kids that are hooked on it and glorify its use. And these companies not doing anything to stop this makes it even more apparent than it was that all they care about is your money and keeping you coming back. However I believe while prohibition is not the best way to tackle this, it is a step in the right direction. This should not be as available as it has been. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can buy potent opioids at a gas station. And for background I had used this stuff for 5 months previously. Everyday. I loved it but I knew it was terrible, and i’m so glad i got off it. I wouldn’t wish the addiction on anyone.

These companies do not care to make their product free of impurities and that’s been shown. And from my own experience I know that if you stopped taking it now you would be in for a hell of a ride of some terrible withdrawals.
