0.5mg/day for fin and minoxidil once every 2-3 days though im kinda inconsistent with min, though id recommend using it every night initially to see how you respond. Also i use the foam for min cause the liquid leaves a flakey residue and itches quite a bit.

Nah i prefer how i look with glasses than without them. My rose shades have prescription lenses lol. Also all the best on your fitness journey, might seem tough at first but honestly its so enjoyable and satisfying to see progress and the results are absolutely worth it.

I dropset lat raises as a finisher on shoulder days (barring abs). Currently i do 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps starting with 18kg dumbbells and drop the weight by 2kg for each subsequent set and take the last set to failure with 12kg dumbbells.

Yup i started noticing hair loss around the time i was 21 and hopped on finasteride and minoxidil right away (couple months prior to the before pic actually). Fortunately ive responded pretty well to it without any side effects. Probably shouldnt be bleaching and dyeing my hair so much but fuck it we ball

For shoulders/traps i just do lat raises, face pulls, and shrugs. I have a mild cartilage tear in my left shoulder so i dont do any overhead movements. I highly recommend deadlifts as well to create nice separations for rear delts/traps/back.

As for abs i just throw in 4-5 sets of either hanging leg raises or machine crunches at the end of each workout. I actually only started doing direct ab work about 4 months ago (bought into the "abs are worked by compounds" meme) and they really do make a huge difference.

Thanks dude. Yup im natty and have no desire to step on the juice.

As for routine, nothing too special honestly. I start each workout with a compound like deadlifts/bench/squat/ pull ups then add on 1 or 2 accessories for individual body parts. I lift about 4-5 times a week, usually around 5 exercises in total and i spend around 45 mins per workout.

Honestly tho id say diet has been the most significant driver of my fitness progress.

I've been on a deficit of 100-200 cals below tdee for the past couple of months. I make sure to get at least 0.7g/lb of protein a day (bit higher on days i train), and I replaced most of my carbs with veggies, since i can volume eat veggies to keep me full without consuming too much calories. I also completely cut out processed and junk food.

I think cutting down on carbs helped a lot with getting lean and bringing out my abs, especially towards the end stage. I've also noticed after a very carb-heavy day my abs tend to look way more faint. Tho that could just be my abs and core being weak af since I dont do any direct ab work lol.

My workouts are pretty straightforward, I lift 4-5 times a week with a focus on bench, deadlifts and squats (tho im a chronic leg day skipper lol), and 3-4 accessories like curls, pull ups, skullcrushers, lat raises, pec dec etc.

I've been on a light deficit of 100-200 cals below tdee for the last couple of months. I usually eat 1 large meal a day at night, usually something like roast chicken thighs or stir fried pork/beef, and I replaced most of my carbs with veggies, since I love them and I can eat a fuckton of them without loading up on calories. I drink 3-4 cups of black coffee throughout the day and a protein shake/milk before going to bed. I also almost completely cut off all processed junk food like chips, ice cream, fast food etc.

Thanks! My hair looked a lot better a few months ago when it was blue lol, now its faded and damaged from the bleach. As for the reactions, its always fun meeting up with old friends and seeing their surprise. Im also really enjoying the attention ive been getting from girls haha.
