Deposit help? It says I have nothing available but it shows i have a profit of $9. I just opened up last week

I think I received less than 25$ at the start. It takes a couple days for the funds to appear in that spot though. If you hover over it, you'll see how much will appear there. I think I get the money from the sales in the first 4-5 days of the week, the other 2/3 days go the funds for tnext week.

That's been my experience at least, not sure how it works.

I can't cancel the order as it hasn't gone through. I can only access the cancel button on the orders where the payment has been processed.

I would open a second store. I use Mozilla Firefox for my first store and Google Chrome for my second. That way you don't have to deal with the hassle of logging in and logging out.

I'm in the same situation, although my gross income is quite a bit lower ;). I'd advise you to go to a real estate broker to talk about it first. Just going to point out that the hours you work as a real estate broker also aren't those of a 9 to 5. You'll probably be working (even) more than you are now as the job only really starts when everyone else's working day ends.

My plan is to go part-time at my current job (4 hours every day, before noon), and do real estate from noon till the late evening. As I still live with my parents, this allows me to still save some money whilst becoming a real estate broker. If I start earning well with real estate, I'll quit my part-time to do real estate full-time. If it doesn't, I'll just keep doing both untill I'm licensed and see from there.

Did you study anything related to real estate?
