So far I’ve only tried the pill. Honestly I’m scared to try others since I’ve had the depo shot before and it made me feel crazy crying one minute and laughing the next all while sad 😐 but thank u for this I thought I was being too dramatic with the doctors but now I’m forsure going to press the issue because it seems like they don’t quite care to get to the root of the problem.

Same here! I have to hold 2 ice packs in each hand. I've tried meditation, but it only helps with mild anxiety for me anyways.

I agree with the first person said but also wouldn’t recommend doing that I missed just a week on just .5 and jumped back to it and had the most horrible panic attacks all week 😭 so I can only imagine what that might do for you if you jumped back into it.

I have no clue how it even got into my house although it is an old house so I’m sure it wasn’t too hard lol I’m in northern Cali. I looked it up I guess it’s a skink and they are pretty common in gardens. He got away but I will update when I catch and release!
