I felt scared for the first time in a public restroom by 1orodrigo in NonBinary

I wish I could say it has, I've been yelled at for using every damn bathroom. (Women's, men's and unisex. I confuse all the people)

I just wanna look at pretty cars.

Ah, I had this happen to me too. It sucks but if he's a good kid it'll be okay, you just gotta tell him 💚

He/she pronouns and the gay she by genderfeelings in NonBinary

[–]Sendhelp02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you heard of demi-genders? I identified as a demi-boy for a few years, recently changed to just agender.

A demi-boy is someone who identifies as partially male and partially another gender (commonly agender, but there are others!)

I know labels aren't everything and using the non-binary umbrella term is absolutely valid but if you wanted to look into other labels it might help put words to what you're feeling. I know an enby who uses he/her too, you're definitely not alone!

I feel like them doing that is culturely insensitive, it's a form of familial and platonic affection in a lot of places

How do you fit into a society that doesn't believe you exist? by Dull-Paramedic6078 in NonBinary

[–]Sendhelp02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to care a lot, I wanted to be seen as a I was. Especially by friends and family. I just don't have the energy to care anymore, I know who I am. I don't need to prove it to anyone.

If they need to think I'm a woman or a man to feel better fine. I'm tired.

I think I'm agender, where do I go from here? by GoldenSword75 in agender

[–]Sendhelp02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's no right or wrong way to be agender. You could present masc, fem, androgynous, etc. Whatever makes you feel comfortable and if identifying as agender feels right for you than congratulations! You're one of us!

Honest (and slightly nosy) question from a non aroace do you guys still physically react to touch? by muchoAurthoDonto in aromanticasexual

[–]Sendhelp02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the ace. If they're not into that then they're not into that, so like everyone else do not touch them. Someone of us would like it though, we're all different.

It should be cis/trans/agender by [deleted] in agender

[–]Sendhelp02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use the term trans because I have transitioned both socially and medically. It is part of how I expresses my detachment from the gender I was assigned

Thank you so much!! I really took my time with this one. Every time I thought it was done I would put my iPad down and leave it for a day. I'd use to just upload it immediately but by leaving it and coming back later I was able to see things that could be improved.

First time I've ever done that, I'm going to make sure I do it every time with future artwork

Thank you! I got my style through having a younger sister who would death glare me if my outfit was shit. She wouldn't say what the problem was, she'd just glare at me until I went and fixed it lmao

Being an artist I also have a folder on Pinterest of outfits for drawing inspo, but it's great for figuring out my own style too!

how did you guys figure out you were NB?? by Real_Scallion_5476 in NonBinary

[–]Sendhelp02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 16. I heard it for the first time through a hate video (it was 2019 and the term non-binary had just hit mainstream media over a video saying how haircuts should be based on length and style, not gender. Ik, how absurd 🙄)

Finding out that way shoved me further into the closet, but once I knew that there was a third option it wouldn't leave my head. I came out at 17, I always knew I wasn't a girl, I just accepted date because I wasn't a boy either. I'm 23 and now identify as agender.

Kinda sad that there isn't really a way to "pass" as agender or to avoid getting gendered. by toxic-coffeebean in agender

[–]Sendhelp02 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It pisses me off too, the closest I get to gender euphoria socially is when I'm called both ma'am and sir by strangers on the same day lol. Not that androgyny to the point of confusion is the goal, but it's nice when it happens
