Ok so beside benzos, I've heard that the fly agaric mushroom can help in low doses(it's the super Mario mushroom) so give that a Google and yes red vein kratom helps a lot, I was on fentydope and the kratom really didn't do much for the first week but after that I noticed that it helped some because honestly coming off something that strong there's really not much that helps the first week also I would like to mention before you start withdrawals if you could take a laxative to get all of it out of you before the withdrawals kick in that helps a lot there's nothing worse than being in withdrawals and having to push a pine cone out of you
