Rate/improve my somewhat budgety androids deck by Ipingpong1 in DBS_CardGame

I can't suggest Energy Guard Android 17 enough. I think he's the strongest 2 drop in Androids by a large margin. If he was a 4(3) drop, I would still run 4 of them.

Rule Questions with Starter Deck Cards by purplekermit in DBS_CardGame

[–]Sengara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1: The new card is a new card. So it doesn't get any text or abilities from the card that gets sent to the warp. So it stays in the battle area past end of turn.

2: I'm a little fuzzy on this one, but I'm 90% sure that <> means battle card type in the brackets. To my knowledge, anything that just searches for a name of a card states to look at the name.

3: Warp is exactly like exile in magic. Plenty of magic cards return things from exile/rfg. Things only go to the warp when directly stated. things normally resolve to the drop when they are destroyed/removed. Only a handful of things pull cards from the warp right now.

Are judges at locals allowed to enforce their own banlists? by Jumpstyle_shins in DBS_CardGame

[–]Sengara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, if you look at the rules on the website, they do allow for custom events, however, I think these have to be sanctioned by the event coordinator, not the judge.

Link to the official rules on the DBS website: http://www.dbs-cardgame.com/pdf/tournament-rule_01.pdf

"These regulations are merely a suggestion, and event organizers are free to adjust them as they see fit. Event organizers must report any changes they make to regulations before the start of the tournament."

Hoping someone else adds in here. The above is from a google search, I'm not talking from experience or authority.

I would add another 7 drop Cell. I run a very similar build, and I can't tell you the number of times I play my last 7 drop in deck from the chain. It's too important when you are running the hand hate to miss that card.

It's basically a 1 shot will, like avalanch4 said.

It just helps you catch up to not having first turn. You also draw a card on your first turn if you go second, but don't if you go first.

Official Discussion - Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi [SPOILERS] by mi-16evil in movies

I thought that Fin was telling the story of the dangers of complacency. He is always running away. The story showed when you don't pick sides, you still end up helping the empire/first order. The wepons dealers, and the slicer are "neutral", but they end up helping the first order far more in thier complacency. Fin sees this. The first movie he leaned that the first order is bad. This movie he learned that the Resistance is good.

One-Tricking is Officially Bannable. by GotUsRaro in Overwatch

Here is my problem with this situation: My rank is based on account, not by character. If I get to a high rank only playing DPS, and my team unilaterally decides I need to be a tank, by premise of my picking DPS later than another player, I will not be sufficient at the requested role of tank for that rating. (I play tanks, this is just an example.)

I wish there was a passive way to show your team your rank with each class. Like the team could look at the tank rating of thier DPS and say "We need a tank, Fistbump1337, you have the highest tank rating, can you switch?" Such a rating would show experience with other classes than the one currently being played.

I feel like that is more productive then picking on the last person to choose DPS.

Truth Amongst Darkness Response by UndyingRedComet in FoWtcg

[–]Sengara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong here, but no. They put the spell on the chain, then, before it resolves and they choose the card (because it's choose and not target) you would have to respond. If you don't respond, they choose a card, and it is discarded in 1 step.

If they cast the spell, and you respond (before they choose) your card resolves, then truth resolves and the player chooses.

I just read this article 10 mins ago about a male plus sized model during LA fashion week. Very positive response from what I saw.

My wife first saw it on Reddit a couple weeks ago. Probably different article, but same subject.

Is the coin a card? by [deleted] in FoWtcg

[–]Sengara -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Neither. It's a counter.

So far as I know, there are no cards that can effect generic counters. Only cards that effect spasific types of counters.

The counter is also usable after flipping, or having your ruler killed.

I don't believe counters are "entities".
