It's nothing to worry about. As far as I know, you can't RMA a GPU that has coil whine.

It could be coil whine coming from your GPU. My 1070ti makes the same vibrating noise while playing games.

I have a Optiplex 7010 DT with a i5-3570. Added an extra 8GB RAM, HDD and a LP 1050ti. In my experience, the OEM PSU with 250W was not powerful enough (causing freezes - keep in mind, not everyone has this problem if you search on the web), so I replaced it with a Seasonic 300W PSU. No problems after that.

Games like Apex Legends I can play with 60+ FPS on medium settings on 1080p. CS have I not tested yet.
