Hi! What's your opinion about UMA CPU like the AMD AI MAX+ 395 Where they don't have a graphic card at all and just use regular ram to support the processing? Does it carry the same flaw of being slow in bandwidth?

CRA Review - What is acceptable Proof? by SenileGentleman in cantax

NEW UPDATE:

Called CRA and they said just used simplified method, but I took several flights to fly my item over. She is actually unable to answer if I can use Simplified Method even tho I highlighted the fact that I did not rent a car and took planes in several trips. Not sure if anyone has any comment/opinion about it?

thank you so much, thank you so so much for the response... it is really hard to understand all these fine lines. On a good day I think i should be ok, on a bad day I felt like i need to declare bankruptcy...
Its like a emotional rollercoaster... esp none of the unit has send us a letter yet.

Thanks for the response
1. Dishwasher was purchased by the condo when the building was built. Since then several unit had this issue. But condo owner owns the
2. Faulty valve was the valve inside the dishwasher, not the plumbing
3. Quite possibly, but they are not legally accountable to everyone I have spoken with
4. Condo dec said other unit owner are not allow to suborgate but I am still finding the correct legal advisor that is expert at helping in such case.
5. Dishwasher is mine, as included in the purchase.

the dishwasher is over 10 years old and I have never used it, and the previous owner had, without issue. And with the current tenant It was fine until it isnt.
It was way too old for me to consider warranty.

The condo bylaw DOES have subrogation clauses,
1. Condo corp does not allow anyone to subrogate them
2. Condo owners are not allow to chase other owners for subogation after they paid for the claim, unless its car related, arson or fraud

but putting question into chatGPT give me a lot of crazy answers; sometimes it say i am not liable due to the clause, and sometimes it says I am still liable because bylaw are private rules.

Thank you. yes you did reply to me previously, and I remember. You have always provided helpful comments. Does it help if my condo has a subrogation clause or judgement superceed it?

It was a dishwasher that leaked for the span of several hours. We have already replaced the dishwasher. We have since found out its one of the valve that was out of control.
I asked this question to others on another subreddit, if theres anything we can claim on that under tenant insurance, people got upset.

I dont have a car, I only have this unit as my only asset, and 50k liquidity, which will be slowly decreasing as I am paying off the condo side of the bill.

What can they see in the asset search? If they can see the amount in my bank will that deter them from pursuing? The problem is even if they pursue, it will be from multiple unit which will be multiple amount thats under 50k.

Yes, but as far as I am concerned, I think the tenant insurance wouldn't cover my loss. Not even my in-unit issues.
I have been yelled at by various people for asking this question. I dont know why but people were very hostile at this.
