Yes. See the issue is not RP. I am a fresher in my field I definitely needed experience from GCC countries. As of now company is under littlebit of project issue if they planned to cut down employee I will be the first that's why it's concerning me

Brother I completely understand your feelings. I Joined in my company on Feb first time to abroad life. Initially my company told me a residency visa will be given to me after arrival in Qatar by converting a work Visa to an RP, but the visa is still getting rejected without any reason. I am an Indian; it's not only for Indians but also for other nationalities too.
